Your first visit to Advanced Dental Concepts involves a few special steps so we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. You'll find all the practical information you need such as patient forms, our mission statement, a map to our practice, practice hours and more. There's also information about your first visit procedures. You can save some time by printing and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.
Your First Visit
During your first visit at Advanced Dental Concepts, you can expect to be warmly greeted and shown around our modern office in order to become familiar with our practice. We will gladly assist you in completing any necessary paperwork, thoroughly review your medical and dental history, and gently gather any needed diagnostic information such as digital radiographs and photographs. Our doctor will then complete a thorough examination and present and explain any findings that are discovered. Our goal is to take our time and get to know you.
Should dental treatment be suggested, you can expect to be fully involved in the treatment planning process...we believe that the doctor-patient relationship should be a partnership, and your input in the process is extremely valuable in creating optimal results. With honesty and professionalism, all financial obligations will be fully disclosed prior to treatment. The only surprise for you will be the amazingly beautiful and healthy smile we have created together. We are looking forward to meeting you at your first visit.
We Take Your Insurance
We know that understanding long, complex dental insurance plans is anything but simple. The knowledgeable Advanced Dental Concepts team is happy to work with patients to understand their insurance plans and maximize coverage. We are happy to process and file claims for all PPO plans. Not sure about your insurance plan? Bring along policy documents to your next appointment. Our team has years of experience understanding these documents, and we’ll be happy to help.

Affordable Financing with CareCredit
We ask that patients pay the out of pocket costs associated with their treatments at the time of service and take payment in the forms of cash, check, and credit. For patients who need to extend payment over the course of several months, we’re happy to partner with CareCredit. This is a third party provider of low or no interest medical and dental financing. No Insurance? No Problem!
Our Advanced Dental Wellness Plan is an annual reduced fee dental plan that allows individuals and families to receive quality dental care from Advanced Dental Concepts for a percentage off the office’s regular fees. This is not an insurance plan, no claims are filed, and no payments are made to any other healthcare providers.
